Have you sent in the crash report? From the product page:
We're aware of a bug which can cause crashes on dual-processor or multi-core machines. Let support know if you encounter this issue. We're working on a fix, but for the time being most users should be fine on Leopard.

I was having this issue and contacted Omni, they very swiftly directed me to a sneaky peak beta that has, so far, worked perfectly. Omni is one of the most responsive software suppliers I've found, they welcome feedback. Give it a go?
