How do I change the due time for repeating actions in the iPhone app? I can set up a repeating action but the time seems to be based on the actual time that I am creating the repeating action. I can change the date, i.e. every day, every week, etc. but not the time.

You set the times the same way and place you set the start and/or due dates for the repeating item.
