Hi!

I have a rather naive question. I'm monitoring a project and there seems to be two ways of updating a project schedule:

1- "Reschedule incomplete tasks" feature
2- Increase the tasks length (duration)

I'm not sure to fully understand the implication of those two possibilities.

What I don't like in option 1 is that tasks are split and it makes the planning less easy to read. Cf.:
