I would like to know if it's possible receive notification and indication about thigs to do. For example, if I have to buy a medicine and I'm around pharmacy, I should receive a notification about this.

iPhone applications can't run "in the background", so if OmniFocus isn't running, it can't tell where you are or send you alerts.
Once you activate OmniFocus, it can tell you what tasks are around you, though.
