When selecting a new item in a drop-down page menu in OmniWeb 5.6 it doesn't refresh the page like I'd expect it to.

The best example of this is at Digg.com.

1) Using OmniWeb navigate Digg.com
2) On the main page select "Upcoming" to change to the upcoming stories page.
3) From the drop-down menu item near the top of the page select a different item than the default, such as "Show Most Popular."

You would expect the page to refresh to show the new results but it doesn't and aside from entering the explicit URL to that page, I cannot find a way to get to it in OW.

This is reproducible in the latest 5.7 sneakypeek as well. For what it is worth, they do work if you switch to "Cloud" view, but don't in the story view.
