Loading blocked ads doesn't work (beta3)

I didin't do much testing, but on all sites I view regularly, the ads are still just grey boxes with no possibility to load the blocked content.

Examples:

My URL blocking list:

We are still fixing ad-blocking behavior--beta 3 should have fixed blocked plugins, but not blocked iframes... things should get better in the next release.

here are two examples where javascript-added ads can be blocked in b2 but not in b3 nor b4:
