Any ideas when we might see this feature arrive??

It arrived when OmniFocus for iPad first shipped :-) The perspectives are there in the database, but the app doesn't do anything with them...
Have you sent in your "vote"? Work is prioritized in part by how much customer interest there is, so make sure to send in yours via the Contact Omni entry in the gear menu if this feature is important to you.
