"CoreData could not fulfill a task." What does this mean?

CoreData is the database layer we store all your actions in while Focus is running. Focus told CoreData to do something and CoreData said "no!". It's hard to tell exactly why, but I recommend emailing OmniFocus@omnigroup.com so our Support Ninjas can investigate this.
