You can bounce a mail off of a special address we set up - it sends you back an email that converts the one you sent to a "Add to OmniFocus" link. More info here.
If you mean the ability to send an action from one person to another, that's possible (as you noted) in the iPad app, but we haven't had a chance to add it to the other two apps yet.
