Happy to help! I'll merge this thread with an earlier one that describes exactly what to do. In a nutshell, you'll want to export the database from one of the Macs, then email or otherwise transfer it to the other.
Next, double-click the exported DB to open it, then switch to the "All Items" perspective, select everything, and drag everything over to the "real" database on that Mac.
Sync that mac with your server, then sync the other three with it as well; from that point on, you should be good to go.
