OmniWeb fails to work with some links Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
OmniWeb 5.9.1 is great in many ways, but fails to work with some links:

At the site, http://www.reefboise.com/reef/dining.cfm OmniWeb will not work with the link "Download Menu" Firefox works o.k. here.

At the site http://www.aapt.org/ OmniWeb does not enable me to use the login link. Firefox works and shows the link to be http://www.aapt.org/login.cfm. OW never gets this far.

Hello Harvey,

I tried both links - reefboise & aapt - and the work without problems in my case. Both open a new tab in the background. One with a PDF loading (where OmniWeb hangs itself :/ ) and the other with the login form. I use the latest OmniWeb 5.9.2, v622.7.0.110050, what version do you use?

Do you use custom settings for these pages? And how are the ad blocking prefs?

Yeah, both of these links produce pop-ups. Make sure you're not blocking them in the ad block settings.
