Using Growl to trigger Reminders [Alarms] Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
I suppose you could set up a task called "Do Reviews" and make it repeat about as often as you want to do reviews.

Then when you need to do a review, go to the planning (project) view, and group by "Next Review" in the view bar. Then look for the "Review today" section and review them.
 
I have no idea how to set up Growl 2.0 for OmniFocus (on Mountain Lion)
