Thanks! I am working on it now, and in spite of the many distractions I am getting it set up. I love the way I do not have to prioritize - priorities chance every three seconds in my life.

I too have pretty severe ADHD. And while I can't say omnifocus helped make me more organized and functional, meds and therapy started that, however once I was able to take full advantage of the ADD friendly aspects of GTD/omnifocus my career took off.
