This program would be much more useful... exponentially (groan)... if one could use superscripts. Subscripts would also be great. Ideally, it would be nice to incorporate basic LaTeX.

You can easily add super- and subscripts by selecting the text you want and choosing the transformation you'd like from the Edit>Font menu.
