is there a way to import a Omni Graffle Document, or an Omni Outliner Document into an existing omni plan document ??

No, you can't directly import Outliner or Graffle files into an *existing* document. However, you can open them as separate files, and then copy/paste the tasks across. (If you have resource assignments in your Outliner file, you'll want to use the "Join Projects" script on our extras page instead of copy/paste.)
