I've been using iPad to process my inbox but I'd like to start doing it on my mac.
On iPad I just tap on 'move' and change inbox items to projects, but I can't work out how to do it on the mac version. I'm assuming it *is* possible and staring me in the face? Thanks!

I just found my answer, oops.
For anyone who needs to know, just drag the action into a folder or straight to the library and it will automatically become an action.
