Sharing OF data across user accounts Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Prev Previous Post   Next Post Next
I have a Macbook Pro with a work account and a home account to keep my work and play separated from each other. As a GTD acolyte, that causes a few problems for me. I don't want to keep separate calendars, but keep all of my work and play todos and dates on one calendar.

Is there a way to share the same OF data across two accounts on the same machine with data syncing properly?

By that I mean, is there some way I can enter a project on my Home account, then quit OF, can I switch to my Work account and see the changes? Do I have to maintain everything in one account?
