I just accidentally found another way to move items with the keyboard. When an item (action, project, etc.) is highlighted, you can just hit any of the U, D, L or R keys to move the item Up, Down, Left or Right in list.

I couldn't find this written anywhere, and I think it's much easier than the shortcuts shown in the menu (e.g. ⌃⌘→). It's going to make it a lot easier for me to organize my lists without using the mouse, and I thought other people might be interested.

Also useful is shift-G — makes the selection into a group.
