Is there a quick and simple way to check for changes in one or more RSS Feeds without the multi-step process of opening Bookmark Pages and clicking the little box? Thanks.

I accidentally found a simple, quick way to accomplish a check for RSS changes. In Favorites, Control-Click on a folder containing RSS feeds and select "Check for Changes." This is great.
I cannot find this useful information in the OmniWeb 5.0 User Manual. I hope it's in the next version.

BTW, the OW Manual is in serious need of updating.
