When I print from a Projects view, the font size on the printout is quite a bit smaller than the font size I get from printing the same information in a Contexts view.
Why is that? And how can I make it stop?

Never mind ... solved it.
I had a whole bunch more columns in the Project view I was printing than I normally use, and that squeezed the text in the Name column to a smaller font. Removing the columns restored the font to the size I was used to. Which leads me to ask this question: why does OF change font size to accommodate a narrower column? Why not just add lines?
