I've posted instructions for how to get your Palm device's todo list and memos across to your iPhone in OmniFocus (the Palm calendar and address list are easy, though I include directions for them as well).
It's on my website, at http://www.derose.net/steve/utilities/palm2iphone.html, along with an AppleScript that makes moving the memos/notes pretty easy (for example, the AppleScript gets the line-breaks right, which they won't be if you just export the PalmOS memos and try to paste them across or something).
It's slow, but appears to be reliable. Any problems/suggestions, email to address shown at the website.
