I think that may be a problem. I think Apple just does the forward of the notification. So that means the iPhone would have to forward the notification to some other place (probably Omni Group servers) that would send it on at the appropriate time. That said, I have no real clue. Just repeating speculation from others. But you would think that Apple wouldn't want the responsibility for the time management. Then again, without the store and forward at a later time functionality, it's not all that useful.
