You shouldn't interpret silence on the forum as anything other than no one has responded to your post. If you want an official answer from Omni, you should send them email at omnigraffle@omnigroup.com, or use Help->Send Feedback from within the app. There's no guarantee that any given post here will be seen, but incoming email should be handled within a business day or two.
