Hi,
i'm always got slow performance on java applets with all the browsers i tested.. Anyone else have this issue ?

This isn't a browser issue—it's the Java VM being generally slow. Java is never the fastest of choices, and if your computer isn't very fast, and above all if you don't have much memory (Java swallows quite a lot of it), you won't get good performance. As far as I know, there's nothing you can do about it, unfortunately.
