When I see the options for the different numbers, I can see a currency style, using Euro (€). However, when I open the spendings example document, I notice there is a custom currency style for US$. When I select something else, the US$ (Custom) style disappears.

Is there a way to define this custom style in a new document?
Is there a way to put the € symbol in front of the number (as it should be, instead of behind)?
