Hello! I'm new to Omnifocus and I can't figure out how to get my "today" perspective the way I want it. I just want it to show everything that is due today and everything that has a start date for today. I've been fiddling with the "due" perspective to try to get it to include start dates, but that's not working. Help?

You can't. Use two perspectives, one to show what's due today, and one that shows what starts today. Flip between them, or empty one before the other. You can assign a keyboard shortcut, or install them as toolbar buttons.
