Just moved from "Things" to OF, so far got the basic but without "multi Tags" in OF, (1)how best to set Priority such as Urgent, Important etc to tasks (2) how best to track Delegated Tasks.

Hi cku,

Tags (or, as an alternative, multiple contexts) seem to be a pretty frequent feature request, I would suggest emailing in your vote to the Support Ninjas.

At the moment, I create contexts for individuals to whom I've delegated tasks. You might want to take a look at this thread.

I'm sure other Members will have better and more productive ideas, but in the meantime, I hope the above is helpful.

See this locked thread for more discussion. Buried amongst the back-and-forth are several examples for dealing with situations where you might want multiple tags.

I guess the short answer is currently there are no way to add multi contexts to a single action. This request function is not new & hopefully an enhancement to come.

Curt, I noticed you mentioned using "Urgent Perspective" in 1 of your other blog, can you give me more details on this please?
