Anyone set up OF for Mac to do their christmas list? Wondering how you might set it up so that it is organized by person without setting up a project for each person. Any ideas? Thanks.

you could set " christmas " up as a context with each person as a sub context underneath it . Or just set people up as task groups within a "Christmas Shopping " project .

I like the second option better because I'd like to have the ability to keep contexts for actually getting the gifts. How do you set up task groups?

Just indent an action under another one. Might look something like this:

Buy holiday gifts
___Buy gifts for Emma
______Buy needlepoint kit. @Craftstore
______Buy book on birds. @Bookstore
___Buy gifts for Fred
______Buy Japanese woodworking book @Bookstore
______Buy iTunes gift card @Target

(sorry for the low-tech illustration, can't do a Mac screenshot while on iPad!)

So an iPad screenshot ;)
