Change OF language to english... Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Hi all !

Ok..i use OF on my Mac, iPad and iPodtouch...and well...i am french...

When installing OF, i don't remember having any choice to select the language of the software.
I looked around in all menu of OF but could not find a way to change the language to english.

Why would i do that ?

Omni forum are written in english for english speaking user.
Recently i tried to understand the "stalled project" new feature, but when you have to translate all "commands", "menu" and so on...

So please...tell me.

Thanks for the great soft !

OmniFocus will use whatever language your Mac or iOS device is set to use. On the Mac, you can download the English-only version if you'd like to force the app out of French.

On an iPhone/iPod/iPad, though, I think the only thing you can do is to set your entire device to run in English from the settings app.

If you have questions, we'd love to help! Please feel free to send them to our support ninjas in French - we have someone on staff that speaks and reads it very well.

On iOS devices (iPhones, iPods, and iPads), you can use the Change OmniFocus Language page to change OmniFocus' language to English.

Thanks for your answer...it will now be much easier to use the advice of this forum.

Have a nice day,
