Long before OF was in alpha or beta, there was kGTD. I installed it and all its parts, and it was good. However, I now have OF and it is better. I would like to remove the remaining parts of kGTD from my OOP, particularly the four script icons at the top of every new OOP document: Sync, Context, New and Twin.

I have removed every other part of kGTD that I could find by inspection or by Spotlight, but these last pieces remain. (Can provide screenshot if necessary for illustration.)

In OmniOutliner, you can select "Customize Toolbar…" from the View menu, then drag the default set of toolbar items from the bottom of the customization sheet onto your toolbar to get it back to its original state.
