basic q on moving my file - The Omni Group Forums

My family has an iMac and a MacBook and we use an airport. My plan is to put my Omnifocus file on the hard drive that is linked to the airport so that I can get at it from either computer.

Occasionally I'd like to put the file on the MacBook and go to a coffee shop to clean up my list. How do I do this: (i) get the file on the hard drive; (ii) move it to the MacBook and then replace with a revised file? I'm not even quite sure where the file that is my to do list resides.
