changing the width of "action" column

Hello,
New to Omni. I would like to change the width of the "action" column. At the moment the context and due dates columns are all squeezed on the right.
The date appears as:
23/08/201
0

and if I have a long context name, it is also on 2 lines.
Thank you in advance for any assistance on the matter.
