Oversight for grouped tasks

Hello,

Quick question - in Microsoft Project I used to add oversight/management as a separate task and allocate it a percentage (%) based on resource and the duration of the project... I can't seem to figure out how to do this in Omniplan.

Does anyone know if it is even possible?
