Hey,

How would you create a task that has no effort?

For instance, I have the following tasks:

1- Prepare the request for proposal
2- Launch the request for proposal
3- Receive the answers
4- Choose the winner

Task 3- does not need any effort but will be at least one week in duration. How do I do that?
