The perspective links can be put into the notes field in an action or project to allow you to open a perspective by clicking or tapping on a link. You might have a project to help you do your weekly review which lists the perspectives you want to check, with a link in the notes field so you can open the perspective.

The search option could be used similarly, if you had some database search that you wanted to do regularly but didn't want to type every time.

The other settings are ones that are normally set in OmniFocus on the Mac and synced to the iPhone. You would use the links to set them if you only use the iPhone version of OmniFocus. Otherwise, it is easier to set them with the preferences in OmniFocus on the Mac.

That's a really nice fix. I had lots of things not updating like unflagging something and it still showed in flagged until I synced or restarted. Works well now thanks.
