OmniFocus is Crashing! [Contacted our team; back up and running.] Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
I have created a new Project on OmniFocus iPhone App, on my iPad, (created by taking an existing action and changing its project to a new name) and this has synced with OmniFocus on my Mac (v1.7.5(v77.41.6 r121031)).

The new Project sits at the bottom of the Project list in the left pane of OmniFocus and if I try and drag and drop it to a different position in the list the program crashes.

I have sent the automatic report on each occasion (OG #546589 OG #546640 OG #546703). I can move all other Projects in this list apart from this new one. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? If so how was it resolved?

Just in case other folks run across this in the future - our QA team got in touch with Peter; he's back up and running. Looks like the cache files OmniFocus uses got corrupted somehow.

If you wanted another reason to use OmniFocus, over and above the fact that it has no equal in GTD, then the level of support offered when this problem manifested itself is it!!!
