Display an objects coordinates/size Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Hello! I was curious if there is a way to draw an object, like a rectangle, and then have that rectangle display it's coordinates and size on it? I've attached a screenshot with an example of what I mean. http://yfrog.com/hs4iaop
 
Yes. Draw the object, then double-click in it to edit its label. While editing the label text, use Edit->Insert Variable to insert the magic code to display one of the many available variables. If you're going to do a lot of this, you might want to make a stencil of your favorite objects with this annotation included.
