Any chance of implementing snapping other than by 30 minute increments? For example, if in my project settings I choose to hide hours, it would be nice if the Gantt Chart bars would snap to days instead of hours as I drag them.

Big second on this one. I never really deal with anything less than a day duration, so snapping to whole day increments when dragging task end-points would be ideal. Maybe could be done by holding down cmd or shift keys, in addition to a more permanent preference setting.

I'd really like to set a per-project "granularity" of 1 day, or even 4 hours.
Oh, and in trying to make this happen I set the "hours per day" to 0 and caused an exception in beta 10.
