way to view all items without due dates? Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Just getting started here, with OmniFocus, & find I have added items to projects without specifying due dates or contexts. Is there an easy way to filter for this and see all the orphans?

Go to context mode (View->Context Mode), turn on the view bar (View->Show View Bar), group by due date, remaining actions, and look at the group labeled "no due date". If you want to look at the project that a given action belongs to, you can double-click the row handle (the dot at the left end of the row) and you'll get a new window showing the action in its containing project.

To see the actions without contexts, go to context mode, and click on the line at the top of the sidebar labeled "No Context".

Thanks, whpalmer4, just what I needed to know!
