Command-i for italic -v- command-i for info Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
The number of times I want to turn some text italic is vanishingly small compared to the number of times I want to bring up the info inspectors, so I think the latter should be the easier keyboard command, command-i. Also, getting info on an item using cmd-i is familiar from the Finder and iCal, among others.

It's probably easy enough to change the command in system keyboard preferences, but my vote would be for this to be the default. OmniFocus is not a word-processor but an information handler, therefore the information option should take precedence over the the text-formatting option.
