i don't use 1Password. I thought I heard that it's a haxie and will not run in snow leopard when that's published.
I know when I run webkit, may haxies don't load.
I suppose it matters which version of OW5 and osx you are running as well because OW5 is based on webkit.

What you thought you heard is wrong.

1Password is not a haxie per se (those are from Unsanity and use their APE to screw up your system), but it is a "hack". It exploits the Input Manager system (which is meant to be only used for text input methods) to run its code within the apps on your system. From what I understand, the Input Manager system was meant to be removed in Snow Leopard but I don't know if this is still the case.
