Can One action be in several projects? I.e. I have a project "Reading List" listing books to read. I also have a project "XYZ Certification" listing actions to complete to obtain certification. I would like the books I need to read as part of the certification process to show up in both lists. When I complete the action for the completion to be represented in both.

This is not (yet) possible. This thread discusses the pros and cons (under the name of cloned actions).
