By default, the Perspectives feature is turned off, so you probably just need to go turn it on again -- the settings file got wiped when you reinstalled.

Thank you whpalmer4, I have fixed it exactly as you said.
By the way, this also happened before, in my iPhone I only see 6 of the 8 perspectives I have in my Mac. Is there any special reason for this? Thanks again, Jose

Most likely the missing perspectives are project mode views, which are not yet supported by the iPhone app. I know that Ken has been pondering the matter of how the UI should work.
