Found a Macrumors post from a while back that suggests that OmniWeb can put in nice, tabbed whitespace in your html.

Yes it can - from the View menu, select View in Source Editor then click the Reformat button (it only does HTML, so JavaScript and CSS will remain in whatever state they were in):
