Ditto for me.
It says "Encoding Preferences not working currently" on the release notes.

I've got another, probably-unrelated encoding problem: when I view my website in OW's source viewer, it doesn't show the Unicode characters properly, but turns them into gibberish.

I know that Encoding Prefs are on the list of things not working, and I know that the Source Viewer doesn't respect the encoding <meta> tag but...
the encoding toolbar button doesn't work either! choosing any encoding from the button does not reload the page. nor does choosing encoding from the View menu. regards, Gregory
