Track by effort/duration seems to be broken in the new beta. No matter how I set the "track by" info for a task, the task is tracked by effort. Any help?

Track by effort/duration seems to be broken in the new beta. No matter how I set the "track by" info for a task, the task is tracked by effort. Any help?
