I currently use Entourage to do GTD and it works ok.

In Entourage, I have a list of contexts for Tasks. I add to them manually during my weekly review. (I sync to a Treo and that is where I generally mark them as completed during the week).

One of my contexts is "Agendas" under which I have a list of those folks I meet with regularly. Each person represents a "task" and I use notes to keep track of things I need to check in with each person about.

I am trying to think about this in terms of OF.

I guess I could just mirror that and keep a list of tasks in that way. Maybe I could create a "Project" (or list of individual items) called agendas that has a set of "tasks" again, each being one an agenda for an individual person.

Or, I could have separate contexts for each person and relate stuff from individual projects or single tasks to the context for each person (could be a lot of contexts). This last one is hard because (I think) if I want to sync with my treo, I'll need to use iCal and need a lot of separate calendars to keep all the people separate....

Any thoughts or ideas?

Search around the forums for tips. At present, there's no ability to have a task in multiple projects nor in multiple contexts. So if you create tasks in a contact/agenda project, they won't remain related to the owning project (and therefore don't serve as a next action for said project).

You could also create an agenda context with sub-contexts for each person you have an agendum with.

Search around the forums, there's been a lot of discussion on this point.
