Sorry for the confusion here - the sneaky peek builds get generated automatically when our build system sees new code in any of the frameworks that a given project uses. A new build was likely posted because our work on one of the other projects touched something OmniWeb makes use of.
We're able to make the sneaky peek builds available because there's so little effort involved to do so. If they required more intervention from folks working on other projects, you wouldn't get as many.
