Hello.

I have created a large workflow diagram that I would like to scale down to 8x11 paper. I know that it can be "scaled" on printing, but is there a way I can select the entire diagram and scale it down (styles such as line weight included) so that if fits on a certain size page?

Select all, copy as PDF, paste the PDF (e.g. onto your new sized canvas) and the whole thing is now a vector group that will scale the way you want.

Btw, as OmniGraffle uses LinkBack, the pasted PDF can also be edited if you need to by double clicking it.
