I can't establish whether OP for iPad has been designed as a standalone app, or really as a companion to the Mac version.

I don't have a huge need for complex project development, but I do like the concept of developing project flows with Gantt charts. My usage scenario doesn't justify the cost of OP for Mac, but if the iPad version is useful standalone, I might get it.

Can anybody shed any light on this?
